The following are the products I have managed in my tenure with Caremerge. They mostly fall in the same ecosystem as a way for staff, family, and residents of senior living to communicate with each other.
- Community Engagement Website, iOS, and Android App
- Resident portal to check events in the community, dining menus, chat with other residents, and custom content per community
- Family Engagement Website, iOS, and Android App
- Family communication tools to connect with staff members, see which events their loved one has attended and organized clinical appointments
- Staff Engagement iOS and soon Android App
- Staff members can easily communicate with family members on the fly and attached pictures and documents in our HIPPA complaint platform. They can also easily take attendance at events and note activity level.
- Digital Signage and Distribution
- Kiosk Style and Static Screens that are used around the community and managed in our Community Engagement platform
- Multiple integrations with companies like Amazon, Worxhub, Lyft, OneDay and FullCount
History of Work
I’ve been at Caremerge since August of 2018. I work as a Senior Product Manager focusing on their engagement suite. My expertise has been split between enhancing existing products, researching market needs that are aligned with the business goals, creating new products, and improving processes. I work with the executive team to create new areas of growth through SaaS and eCommerce.
